Wha today , training damn shag . I cham already la , lol . last time training tougher den this i no problem , now liddat nia i shag already . Need to start training back my stamina , T_T . Today Mr.Tan so good siols , talk to me den give me gift , guess what ?

Yesterday play Basketball with Daryl , Bernard , Dane and Shuoxian . Fun lo , but sad thing was that leg cramped , now the muscle sore . From yesterday till now , den today wake up leg pain can't stand up lo .. =_= .. now better alot , compared to morning and afternoon tt time .
